This dish is not only easy to make but also very healthy and delicious. It contains a lot of vitamins and calcium and it’s good for everyone. The ingredients are very simple as well, you can pick up fried tofu from most grocery stores.
· 10 oz fresh spinach
· 5 oz fried tofu
· 1½ tbsp olive oil
· 1 tbsp chopped garlic
· 1 tsp salt
1. Cut the tofu into small triangle pieces. Wash and cut spinach into medium size.
2. In a nonstick medium saucepan or a wok, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chopped garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until you smell the fragrances of the garlic. Add fired tofu and stir for 3 – 4 minutes. Add spinach and keep stirring – until the spinach leaves are all tender and soft. Add salt and then transfer to a serving plate. Now you are finished.
