蒜蓉豆苗/Sautéed Pea Sprouts with Chopped Garlic

I once ordered this dish at a Chinese restaurant and it cost $20!  It was also quite greasy.  When you make this dish at home, it takes not even 5 minutes.  Super easy, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:

·      1 tbsp olive oil
·      10 oz fresh Pea Sprouts
·      1 tbsp chopped garlic
·      ½ tsp salt

Directions:

In a nonstick medium saucepan or a wok, heat oil over medium-high heat.  Add chopped garlic and cook for about 1 minute.  Add pea sprouts and stir along with the salt, about 2 – 3 minutes until the leaves are soft and tender.  Now you are done!  A healthy and delicious Sautéed Pea Sprouts with Chopped Garlic takes 4 minutes to cook and costs not even $4!

蒜蓉油菜心/Sautéed Choy Sum with Chopped Garlic

You can use the same technique to make a delicious Choy Sum as well, except that Choy Sum takes about 5 minutes to get ready.  Just follow the same direction, after adding Choy Sum and stirring along with salt, about 5 minutes until the leaves are soft and tender.

I have been watching your videos like "Pea Sprouts with Garlic" very carefully to see how you hold chopsticks.

Is there more than one way to hold chopsticks? There are lots of instructional youtube clips that teach you how to hold chopsticks, but I can't find the answer to this?
