杏仁水果優格沙拉/Mixed Fruit and Almond Salad in Yogurt Dressing

This is my easy quick healthy breakfast.  Have you ever eaten a big dinner and the next day you wake up with no appetite?  I always feel this way the next day after I have a big dinner.  Nothing is better than this breakfast when you feel that way.  This is a simple and healthy breakfast packed with nourishment and vitamins.  I think you can never go wrong eating lots of fruits to cleanse out your system after a big dinner.  You can also use your creative imagination with any another fruit you like.  You can also add some cereal if you like more gain in your breakfast.  This salad is also great for parties because every body loves fruit.  It can be kept in a room temperature for a couple of hours and it’s very easy to make.


  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • half fresh mango
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • half cup blueberries
  • half star fruit
  • a handfull almond
  • 1 small cup of yogurt (I used strawberry yogurt but you can use any type)


Cut the mango, kiwi and star fruit as small cubes.  Place everything in a serving plate and pour the yogurt on top.
