I make smoothies for my daughter in the morning sometimes and she loves it. She calls it ice cream. I put the yogurt in the ice trays in the freezer, and take it out when I make smoothies. It makes the drink even more chilled. I think that's why my daughter thinks it's ice cream. This smoothie combines different types and colours of fruits that gives you a lot of vitamins that you need for a busy day. It's also a great drink for toddlers. I added 1 tsp of honey because my daughter has been coughing and honey soothes her throat.
